It will take 48 hours to 72 hours to complete the installation process. Follow these steps to complete the activation:

1. Check availability.
2. Submit request with preferred schedule.
3. Set appointment through assistance of dedicated relationship manager for home visit.
4. Our agent will check feasibility of device setup in your home.
5. If it is convenient and covers the quality benchmark, then our agent will install the solution at home.
6. As soon as setup process (payment, biometric, CPE installation) is complete, you can start enjoying the service.

Once a customer makes a monthly subscription for 30 days in eligible plan, he/she can follow these simple steps to activate OTT membership:

1. Install ‘Huawei Ai Life’ app from Play Store or App Store in your mobile.
2. Install preferred OTT app on your preferred device like Mobile/Tab/TV if not already installed.
3. Login using your gpfi number in your preferred OTT.
4. You will get an OTP SMS from OTT partner in (Hoichoi, Chorki, T Sports, SonyLIV, Bioscope) “Huawei Ai Life” app while connected in gpfi network.
5. Verify your OTP in your OTT app and enjoy your free pass.
6. OTT subscription will be valid until the gpfi1899 expires.

• TK 5399 for gpfi Bundle (1st month subscription fee included)
• TK 8899 for gpfi Pro Bundle (1st month subscription fee included)

• Model No: Huawei B530-936 with 18 months warranty.
• Monthly recurrent fee: 1899 TK (all inclusive).
• Validity: 30 days, no volume cap, FUP applicable (min 1 Mbps) after 500GB.
• Included pass: Bioscope, Chorki, Hoichoi, SonyLIV, T Sports.
